Works great in updated FW450 V2

I converted my FW450 V2 to gear drive from belt drive using this pinion and the main gear from a V3. The conversation works perfectly, no fears of a drive belt coming off or breaking.

Convert Belt Drive to Gear Drive

After seeing a y-tube video I used this pinion w/ the plastic gear & metal fixed plate to convert a Airwolf belt drive to direct drive. Drilled a couple new holes in the frame to move the motor closer and swapped 2 wires to the motor to reverse direction. Works better and don't have to worry about the belt breaking. HeliDirect had all the parts for the conversion at Great prices and fast shipping!!!
